You can register by phone or email. If you are visiting us for the first time, we will ask you for your BSN number and your health insurance data. At your first appointment we ask you to be 10 minutes earlier to fill in a medical checklistleast.
During the examination your teeth will be checked and when necessary we will make some X-rays.
For treatments we will make a new appointment at the front desk.
In case of no show, we will charge you for the reserved time.
We expect you to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
In case of severe toothache, you can call us en we will make an appoinment as soon as possible.
After opening hours you can call the Dental Emergency phone 0900 – 8602.
